Through-hole PCB Assembly
We provide high quality through-hole PCB assembly using our specialised production line system; we have invested heavily in quality industry tooling to provide the highest quality product. Depending on the PCB, wave soldering or hand soldering are available, with ultrasonic cleaning with Electrolube Safewash to give the cleanest possible end product. .......................................................................................................................................
SMT/SMD Assembly

Testing
If you require testing off your products before despatch, we have facilities and tooling to conduct such work. Conformal Coating & Epoxy Dispensing
If your PCBs will be exposed to environmental conditions where moisture or chemical contaminants will be present, we can offer a conformal coating on your PCBs for protection If you are concerned about the security or duplication of your PCB design, we also offer a non-electrical conductive but thermal conductive black epoxy, that can be dispensed over the entirety of your PCB, or selected components.................................................................................................................................
Potting & Encapsulation
We have tooling and jigs capable of dispensing resins/epoxies into potting containers, potting tubes and boots, connectors or permanent exculpation into your case/box. We have a selection of potting boots and containers that are reusable. Once the epoxy/resin has cured the product can be removed from its container and the container reused.
Encapsulation epoxies/resins can be used in products that are encased in a connector or container that will be a permanent fixture to the project. We can manufacturer custom jigs to support wiring while potting as well as provide custom metal enclosures for encapsulation.
Cable Harness/Cable Loom Assembly
We have extensive experience with working with many types of cable, connectors, enclosures and pins/sockets. We've supplied our cable harnesses to state government projects, communication, automotive, transport, mining, marine vessels to name a few. We've worked with one conductor cable to fifty conductor cable from lengths of 5mm to 12 metres. Crimping and soldering contacts as well as using conduit, ducting or spiral binding. We have specialised tools, such as automatic wires cutter and stripper and pneumatic crimpers to do bulk level production. We can also produce custom made cable labels with extra detail and/or images with our computer software. Chassis/Cabinet Assembly
We have facilities and capabilities to assemble rack mount cases, instrument cases, control panels and switch boards just to name a few. We can work off first off prototypes, and offer advice to refine your design, save costs in assembly and streammline your project. Don't have a prototype? No problem, as long as you have an idea, we can work with you to design what you need. Kit / BOM Procurement
Creation of a bill of materials and sourceing of components is a service we also offer. We can put your bill of materials to tender to get the best available pricing from suppliers from all over the world. We only use world leading suppliers who have established themselves in the market.

Printed Circuit Boards
We can supply blank PCBs ready for population from our network of Chinese manufactuers. PCBs are available in different colors, finishes, thicknesses and masking.
